Bad Customer Service no ownership when making a mistake I have to make another bad review about this company since after explaining what happened in my experience. The owner replies to my review with false information to make it look like he was helpful and effective. Basically he lies about delivery times and even though he confirmed to me by email that the wrong address was corrected and asured that the items were going to arrive he didn't correct it and the items did not arrive on the times he states in his answer to my review. He lies about our conversation saying I was leaving the country in 3 days and that was not correct. He also says that the ites arrived after 4 days and that is also not true, they arrived after 10 days. Again, if you have difficulties with this company/owner don't expect clarity or colaboration but rather lying and not taking ownership.
