Bad Experience I am a current JumpStartMD client having a bad experience. I've been using the program for about 6 weeks. The ultra low-carb option wasn't working for me - impacting sleep, energy, etc. JumpStartMD has no flexibility in how they work with clients. Frankly, it doesn't seem like they care much about the outcome of a client's weight loss journey - as long as they are getting their $200 per month. At each monthly visit I have asked the "nutritionist" to address my concerns. It's clear she is reading from a script. Also, trying to upsell me. I don't understand how JumpStartMD is still in business. What's on their website is false advertising - there is no personal support with this program. It's an app and an InBody scan once a month. If you're willing to pay $200 a month for that accountability, it's a good option. Otherwise, you're better off just following a low-carb diet on your own. There is nothing in the JumpStartMD program that you can't get via a Google Search.
