Like some other customers, my experience was not at all good. I have given a '1' star rating as it is not possible to give a '0' star or negative star rating. The after care and service are utterly deplorable and essentially non-existent. My property os now worse off than before and at risk of the elements and Mr Jonny Crighton refuses to engage as well as being personally rude and the very opposite of professional based on my personal interaction with him in around May/June of this year (2026).
As his industry is not regulated, Mr Crightons' customers have no recourse to justice in this situation.
