DISHONEST. Poor Service. DISHONEST. POOR SERVICE. When they delivered my car to our house, I pointed out that an obvious piece of molding with the hail damage had not been replaced. This piece of molding is listed on the estimate. Dent Mavericks wanted payment that day of delivery, so I paid the full estimate, but wrote a note on the receipt that the molding still needs to be delivered. The employee called his shop in front of me and told the office that they did not replace part of the molding on the written estimate. He said they would get with the manager and get back to me. I have since talked to several of their employees both in person and phone calls to the office. I still get no response or phone call from the company management to address the complaint. It has been an ongoing struggle to get employees to respond to messages or resolve the issue. At this point, it is clear Dent Mavericks has no intention of standing behind their word. So, I have paid for parts that were promised, but not delivered.
