FEDEX IS THE WORST EVER!
I've been expecting a delivery that was supposed to arrive yesterday. In fact, I did not receive my package. Moreover, only a few hours after the expected delivery time, the status suddenly changed to “expected today till 10 pm” — all without any email notification! And on top of that, according to their map, the package still appears to be in the sender’s country.
FedEx service is extremely poor and absolutely not trustworthy. It's not the first time that I plan my entire day around FedEx delivery information, sit and wait for hours like I have nothing else to do — and they doesn’t even bother to update the status. I have lost so much time because of this.
The question is: WHY DOES THEIR SERVICE SHOW CONTRADICTING INFORMATION ABOUT THE DELIVERY TIME AND THE ACTUAL LOCATION OF MY PARCEL???
