Love the New Anger Affirmations Card
I have long been a fan of Little Wise Toys Tool kits, but when the new set of Affirmation Cards came out, I knew I needed the Anger toolkit, for both myself and my son. Having a 'soon to be Tween', there have been many anger issues and rather than diffuse the situation, my methods were causing things to escalate. The Anger Affirmation cards have been super helpful for both of us, and now we've been using them for sometime we both can regulate our emotions better. Anger is one those emotions that we aren't given the skills to manage in a healthy way, so I am so grateful for these cards.
I wish everyone would purchase this toolkit, I am sure the world would be a different place.
