Cheap Chinese goods and worse customer service...
I recently received a gift of a KLIM discman...scratched and non working out of the box. Cheap Chinese products and worse customer service. I wrote and mentioned I felt bad to ask the giftee for a receipt. I sent pictures of the damaged item, but to no avail. The kiddies wouldn't budge. I did receive an envelope with stickers which is every adults need and dream and observed the cartoon characters they claim to be their expert team, Their mission statement is hollow and while there might be a niche for cheap Chinese goods, I am sure it appeals only to the ones who don't appreciate quality, but value stickers. I gave them to my neighbour's mentally challenged child where they were appreciated.
