Mental Health Predators
I had a terrible experience with this provider. After a brief discussion on my ADHD, I was told I’d start medication, but the process was extremely disorganized. Despite uploading all required documents promptly, I received no communication for days. I had to continually follow up, only to be met with vague responses and no resolution. Twelve days after my appointment, I found out they were waiting on additional tests, something they could’ve informed me about immediately. Even after providing the requested document, I never received further updates. Nearly a month later, I am left without medication, help, or answers. I feel scammed after paying $195 for essentially nothing. This has caused significant stress and disruption to my life. Highly disappointing.

After reviewing your case with the provider, we want to clarify that the prescription could not be issued because the required drug screen through Quest Diagnostics was not completed. Instead of submitting the official test results, photos of urine samples were uploaded, which cannot be accepted as valid documentation. Due to this, the provider is unable to proceed with treatment and has recommended discharge from care.
