I'm 58 and have always loved kettlebells, but my YouTube feed was overwhelming with endless advice and random programs. Thankfully, I found everything I need in one place with Lebe Stark. This program is incredibly complete, and the WOW Selector with 350 varied yet connected workouts keeps me motivated and on track. It's by far the best kettlebell program I’ve ever come across.
