Serious concerns with care and preparation My experience with this centre has been disappointing. Despite having multiple children attend, we encountered numerous issues. They experienced bullying and biting incidents, and on several occasions without anything being done about it, we picked them up to find them still in soiled clothing. Additionally, the prep program was inadequate—it only started a month before school began and left our children unprepared for the transition. The lack of attention to these critical aspects has made us lose confidence in their care. The hygiene in the centre is also not up to standard.
