Don't book with this company **Review for Traveluro** I'm beyond frustrated with Traveluro! I had a booking for $450 that I did NOT cancel—THE HOTEL canceled it. Yet, Traveluro refuses to refund my money. I spent hours trying to explain that the cancellation was entirely out of my control, but their customer service was unhelpful and dismissive. This is completely unacceptable. Not only did I lose my hotel reservation, but I'm also out $450 for something that wasn't even my fault. I’ll never use Traveluro again, and I strongly advise others to steer clear of this shady company. You’re better off booking directly with the hotel to avoid this kind of nightmare.
