Unsafe and poorly managed visit Not enough arrangements were in place, and management was extremely poor. The environment felt unsafe, especially for women, children, and elderly people. People were running and pushing in lines, creating chaos, and there was no staff present to manage or prevent such situations. The experience was very disappointing and concerning.
