Epic after purchase service?
I received my pre order from a well known brand a year after it was released for sale. Super hyped for this mini figure… but it arrived with lots of faults. I contacted Minifigures.co.uk instantly and they replied so fast. Whilst I am still awaiting delivery of the replacement parts (don’t know if the brand has even sent them yet or not), Andrew has been incredibly helpful in getting this sorted for me and has been so quick to respond to messages. Thank you so much, I can’t wait to make my next purchase from you!
