Unresolved account issues It’s been a month since I created an account, and the email address associated with it is incorrect. I’ve repeatedly requested them to update it, along with the passport picture, but nothing has been resolved. This delay is incredibly frustrating and has caused unnecessary complications. The lack of responsiveness is disappointing, and I expected much better service.
