Rude and unprofessional behavior
The experience at this lab was extremely disappointing. I had booked a TVS scan for PCOD after confirming over the phone that it could be done. However, the radiologist, Navya, refused to perform the test due to my marital status, citing reasons about hymenal integrity. When I questioned why, she became hostile, started shouting, and walked away, instead of addressing my concerns professionally. This behavior was uncalled for and disrespectful, especially when patients have the right to ask questions about their medical care. To make matters worse, she arrived late for a 9:30 AM appointment and delayed the procedure further. Thankfully, the manager Bhavya stepped in and handled the situation with professionalism, but the radiologist’s conduct was appalling.
