Technician texted prior to arrival, arrived in company vehicle, parked in safe location, identified himself, was in uniform, allowed me to accompany him as he reviewed the situation. The issue was in the back yard (drainage issue). The entire job took 2 1/2 days to complete. Technician(s), updated me by text as the job progressed. Overall, I was very satisfied with the entire project and would utilize Williams if any other plumbing issues arise in the future.
