Fraud Company
I strongly warn others to stay away from Gaura Travels.
I paid a deposit for ticket booking, and when I decided not to proceed, I requested a refund. Since then, it has been an extremely frustrating and exhausting experience.
I have made countless calls, submitted multiple refund requests through their website, and sent emails — yet there is ZERO resolution. Their website is unreliable and does not properly process refund requests.
Every time I call, I hear the same scripted response: “your request is in priority” — but nothing actually happens.
This pattern raises serious concerns about how they handle customer deposits. In my case alone, nearly $100 across 3 family members is still stuck with no clear update.
This is highly unprofessional and unacceptable. Customers deserve transparency and timely refunds.
I would not recommend this company to anyone. Please think twice before trusting them with your money.
