Fusion Home blinds is definitely not a company that you can trust as we found out to our perils. Having had blinds fitted which they said they can do without drilling into the walls the blinds fell down within a couple of months. They blamed it on the movement of the wall as it is a new built flat but I put it down to bad fitting. They promised to refit them if they can drill into the wall n fix it firmly. We agreed for to come back and do that but that’s when we found out that they have no interest or any intention of doing so. With multiple phone calls which they refuse to answer and having reported them to Trading Standards who advised us to write to them which we have done they have up until now have not responded to our letter. They were very helpful and personal at the beginning but when there is a problem they completely ignored and blanked us. Our regrets is not having research the company properly before we went ahead with it as we’ve subsequently seen a few others reviews with similar issues like ours. I would advise anyone thinking of using Fusion Home Blinds not to use them as there are so many other Blinds company that are much more trustworthy and professional and Fusion Home Blinds based in Oldham is definitely not it!!
