They will steal thousands from you Divvy Homes is the absolute worst thing I have ever done. At the beginning everything seemed great, but then they started denying repair requests for issues the home had prior to us moving in and if they did send someone it was the sketchiest workers they could find. Finally we had to relocate due to a job loss after 3 years. Originally I was told that if I decided not to pursue buying the home, my home savings would be returned minus the 2 percent relisting fee within 45 days. Now they have changed it to 60 days. I have also read and spoke to other customers who have said they will nickle and dime every single cent out of your savings so you get nothing back. Don’t believe any of these raving reviews. They are bogus.
