Poor workmanship, frustrating service Several issues: 1. I wanted all the clay dug out from under the lawn and this was replaced with planting areas, the digging was so shallow that I asked them to re-do it, still not good enough for planting. 2. Poor finish, edges at borders not neat 3. did not get the additional bark for existing planing areas 4. Patio edges not straight 5. Had to remind them to jet wash the patio which was pre-agreed 6. Fly tipped some wheelbarrows and materials down the side of my garden Really frustrating having repeated conversations to get them to to the agreed job which has still not been done and I am going to have to re-dig the planting areas so I can give the plants good soil. 7. Not told the quoted cost was a cash cost and had to rush to the bank to get it sorted, it was lucky I was off work.
