The driver arrived 45 minutes late at the hotel. The child seat we had ordered was broken and was not properly secured in the car. There was also no complimentary water, even though it was stated as included in the booking.
On top of that, the driver had to stop to refuel the car during the journey. As a result, we arrived at the airport almost an hour later than planned. This caused us a lot of unnecessary stress, especially as we were travelling with a small child and had to worry about arriving at the airport on time. Overall, this was very disappointing and not the service we had booked.
