More than just a simple upgrade I went in to upgrade my laptop to Windows 11 on a slightly older device. All my questions (and follow ups) were answered with professionalism and class. It was a trust fall in their arms and I have came away with a laptop that genuinely feels and performs as though it's brand new, thanks to the upgrade, including a better SSD which they put in. All for an extremely affordable price. I can't recommend these guys enough. They know their stuff. As soon as I walked in the shop, all my questions and doubts faded away. They kept me updated and even let me see the end result before I took it home. I want to personally thank David who operated on the laptop and Nick who served me today, and extend a large thank you to all the staff involved. All round fantastic experience.
