We had spoken to Zarina a number of occasions, prior to putting our house on the market.
Each time Zarina drove passed our house, and if I was out the front, Zarina would stop to say, one day when you want to sell, I will get you a great price, you have the best-looking house on the street, and Zarina did just that. We broke the record for a block our size in Brabham.
Zarina has sold almost every house that has come to market in our street so far. So, it was a no brainer to engage Zarina.
From start to finish Zarina was a professional, including the photographer, who really got the most amazing photos for marketing.
