Be aware! DEPOSIT SCAM — $5,000 charged after our rental and never refunded
We rented an RV for Burning Man, returned it in excellent condition, and ended up having to dispute a $5,000 charge with our bank to try to recover our money.
Before returning the RV, we thoroughly washed the exterior and cleaned the entire interior and handed it back in excellent condition.
We have now filed a dispute with the Bank and are awaiting the outcome, I will update later the results.
Afterward, we found other customers’ reviews describing similar disputes involving deposits and post-rental charges. It was deeply concerning to discover that others had reported experiences similar to ours.
My advice is - never rent from this company again. !!!
