Deeply Disappointed with Clean4you's Service
I hired Clean4you for a deep cleaning service, which was priced at nearly twice the cost of a standard clean. Unfortunately, the quality of work did not come close to justifying that price — basic tasks such as wiping down walls were not completed.
The cleaners arrived significantly outside the agreed time window, with no prior notice or explanation.
During the service, some fixtures in my home were damaged. When I raised this with the company, they were unwilling to accept any responsibility for the damage caused.
I submitted a refund request, and it took over a month to receive any response — which I found completely unacceptable for a customer service matter of this nature.
Overall, the standard of work fell well below what I would consider professional, and was a significant step down from other cleaning services I have used previously.
I would not recommend Clean4you and would encourage others to carefully consider their options before booking.
