Totally Unprofessional
The worst experience I’ve had with Big Ben. The faculty is highly unprofessional and seems unprepared, even for demo classes. My first demo session was disappointing, and when I requested a second one, it turned out to be just as poor.
The tutor appeared disengaged and seemed to be conducting the session casually while commuting after 9:00 PM. This is unacceptable, especially when dealing with working professionals who expect structured and focused sessions.
Overall, it felt like a complete waste of time. I would not recommend Big Ben to anyone looking for serious or quality learning.
