The worst trip of my life!
The company is not registered with the Intellectual Property Commission of Companies (CIPC) of South Africa and doesn't have a license number. Consequently, it doesn't make travel contracts, the invoice it sends has no legal value because it lacks tax identification number and also lacks mandatory insurance. This Germán guy, Peruvian and "specialist" in this destination, designed a trip to Peru for me that was an absolute disaster, I'll make it short: the trip started in Puno at almost 4000 m altitude and I got altitude sickness for a week ( it should start at a lower level for the body to adapt ). I couldn't go up to Machu Picchu because he bought the wrong tickets and never consulted me, he also never fixed it. The hotels didn't correspond to the stars they claimed to have. One of them didn't even have a hairdrier and at first place the tried to put me in a room with the window boarded up, I got one with a window facing the street, by giving tips here and there. I booked an excursion to the beaches of Lima with a private driver, but he was not such. I was picked up by a very nice guy, dressed very casually with a baseball cap, without a company logo or anything that identified him as a driver. Later on, he told me that he was a friend of the family. On the way back we had to refuel. Professional?
