Traumatic
Every time I see this red logo, I'm reminded of the sexual harassment Paul Estridge inflicted on his male employees. Young men came to work hoping to support their families, only to face constant unwanted advances, sexual intimidation and other sexual misconduct. It's sickening to think of the higher-ups (most of which are still there) who ignored these actions just to protect their wallets. This company's hypocrisy is infuriating—they claim to be "building communities" while tearing people down. For many, this company will always be a reminder of dark, powerless days. Clint, I hope you're proud of your part in building a company that became a haven for a predator. My thoughts are with the those and their families who will never get back parts of themselves after working here.
