Thank you West Coast IT Arrived at WC IT with my laptop. Explained what was wrong. Jesse calmly and quietly told me what it could be. Handed it over. I was kept informed the entire time. It was virtually impossible to undo the corruption that had occurred during the last update. Jesse did his best and returned the laptop as new. Have spent the day reloading everything..lol. Jesse and crew are brilliant! Cant thank them enough. PS I found ALL my photos Jesse! Winning!
