Dear traveller! If you are here, then you should think about buying tickets thru Edreams...I have one word for You: DON'T! Look carefully at positive and negative reviews (yes, look deeper: 1-10 pages). Positive is generated by AI from somewhere in the Middle East bot farms and praise Edreams consultants ahmeds, muhameds fatimas and so on as "extremely helpful"- it's similar, it's dumb, it's FAKE!!! All negatives are from real people and contain stories of how they were scammed by Edreams. This is my story of how I was robbed of 80 eur and countless unsuccessful communication attempts with this “extremely helpful” client service. I ordered flight tickets for 254 eur. Then the airline cancelled the flight. First month after that edreams send me automatic emails and cry about the airline not contacting them at all and suggest I sort the situation by myself. Then after a few negative reviews here, they decided to give me back just 70% of payment and claim the airline for a partial refund . But today I got an official answer from Aerolinas Argentinas "Good morning, if your flight was involuntarily rescheduled by 4 hours or more from the original departure time, you are entitled to a 100% refund of the ticket price. If you disagree with the refund amount, please contact your selling agency, We cannot intervene in the refund process. Best regards." Now you see how I scammed. Of course I will ask the local cybercrime police and EU institutions of consumer rights to step in, but till then I will publish this every day here to avoid people from that Spanish con artists Edreams!
