A disappointing and drawn-out process The installation began smoothly, but the process ended up taking twice as long due to multiple issues. Several key components, like drains and trickle vents, were missed during the first visit and required the team to return three or four times to fix problems, including a leak and poorly installed flashing. It took weeks to get everything right, disrupting our schedule. To make matters worse, just two days after completion, I received a rude payment demand. My request for a price reduction as goodwill for the inconvenience was dismissed, with only a shop voucher offered instead. Initially promising, but the overall experience was frustrating. I wouldn’t recommend.
