Service Calls
I purchased my mini splits over 2 years ago. I had to get my outside unit replaced in less than a year. I requested why this happened and why did it drive my electrical bill up so much, I heard nothing from them.
Now I have the same problem again, called 3 weeks ago to get service. A representative was looking into it, and said she would call me back. Over 3 weeks ago and nothing.....
No call, no service.
