Not a great experience - A money-making conveyer belt
£230 for a consultation and I was with the Dr Vishal Madan for less than 120 seconds. Not an exaggeration. Yes I was examined thoroughly and was asked if I had any questions but was ushered out of the room very quickly. Nurses were polite but again, quite keen to get patients in and out at speed. I have no doubt that the clinical care is good but the patient experience was poor. Definitely felt like I was on a conveyor belt for a practice that is out to make as much money as possible.
