Solves the right problem
figsflow automating the AML trigger at signature is the right call, and it's clearly something the platform needed. for straightforward clients, it works exactly as it should. Where it falls short for us is with more complex onboarding situations, group companies, joint clients, that kind of thing. The automation doesn't handle those cases as smoothly. We still end up going in manually for anything out of the ordinary. worthhaving, but I'd hold off calling it a complete solution just yet.
