They do not respond to emails
Spent over $150 on cream and my tracking number did not show any movement for 5 days. In that period, I reached out twice and neither time did I get a response. The tracking number finally started showing movement but I never heard back from anyone at The Skin Spot which really left a bad taste in my mouth.
I won't be ordering from them again. Not responding to customer inquiries is not how you keep customers.
