Extremely Dissatisfactory Experience I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience with this company, making it the worst encounter I've had in the last 15 years in Glasgow. The engineer arrived unannounced and showed shocking rudeness and arrogance toward the tenant. To add to the frustration, the job was left unattended, yet I was still charged. The engineer claimed that someone else had already addressed the issue, preventing him from doing the job. However, I was charged a hefty £147 for a brief 2-minute visit. The engineer's conduct was rude, arrogant, and unprofessional – taking pictures and leaving the work untouched. Contrastingly, I engaged another company that efficiently resolved the problem within an hour, allowing me to resume my daily activities promptly. Considering this experience, I cannot, in good faith, recommend or consider using this company again. I feel compelled to report this incident to my bank due to what appears to be fraudulent services.
