Awful I am really not sure what to do. I put in an order to hire two speakers from the company, but needed to cancel as the speakers couldn't be paired, making them unsuitable for my event. I requested the cancellation a good month and a half before my event, but my emails/phone calls/messages have been ignored. The company has three hundred pounds of my money and I don't know if I'm going to get it back. Other potential customers, please beware.
