Horrible customer service
Had an appointment set up for Friday night between 5-8pm. Technician calls at 6 pm telling me he can't make it. Ask me to give him a time to come on Saturday and then tells me he can't come on Saturday either. Office calls me back to tell me they don't work on weekends. Now I have to find someone else and pay double. Horrible customer service. Should have told me when I booked the appointment they couldn't do it so I could have found someone earlier and not pay double.
