Made good on initial order
I ordered a total of 20 cartons and only received 10- not made aware of shipping limits. The team quickly reached out and informed me the other 10 cartons were shipped at same time, due to package limit per order. My order # was #6981. I finally did receive what I paid for, just in 2 separate deliveries. Because I was initially not made aware of this, I left a negative review which I gladly take back.
For correcting this, the company has given me an extra 15 percent off on next order which I plan on using this wknd.
