Exceptional Communication
I was communicating back and forth with the two creators of TanukiTrade and BOTH were exceptional at no only returning a response to my inquiries promptly, but also taking to time to explain answers. For example, when I would ask a question that others might have responded with only a “yes” or “no”, these gentlemen took the time to explain the yes or no. You just don’t get that kind of service much these days, online or in person.
