I've built hundreds of houses. These guys are the best subcontractor that I have ever experienced. I am astounded by the level of customer focus and experience that this company has. They just do it right....every time. Here's Why. 1. The price was extremely competitive given the level of equipment that they provide. 2. Installation: the installation was done THE NEXT DAY! If you remember those stinking hot days of August, you will know why I capitalized it. Clean, neat and courteious 3. Maintenance. I got a call out of the blue from Zap telling me that they wanted to schedule my quarterly complimentary maintenance. I had forgotten that they offered this for one year for new installations. I was floored that THEY reached out to ME. Zeke arrived at my home wearing booties and bagan they maintenance appointment. He was here for about an hour and called me to show me where some mice had begun to chew up the wire that connects the outside unit (condenser) to the air handler. He repaired it and advised me how to prevent it from happening again. I am a former homebuilder and have dealt with literally hundreds of subcontractors. Zap's treatment of it's customers was above and beyond my expectations. I confidently recommend Zap to anyone interested in a new AC.
