Avoid! Unsafe system and appalling customer service Over a year wasted chasing paperwork after installation Dec 24 and no progress. Constantly fobbed off with excuses until I had to hire an independent expert. Turns out, the system was a fire hazard due to loose wires and incompatible components. Thankfully, the poor design meant it didn’t fully work, potentially preventing major damage. I had to scrap the entire setup and pay another company to install a safe and functional system. Shocking experience overall.
