Wonderful Experience! We loved our class! We took the Eclairs & Choux Pastry class today. (Be sure to book it in advance.) Christian was our teacher/chef, and he was great! He taught us everything we needed to know while keeping the entire experience fun. We've taken other baking and cooking classes, and sometimes you can either feel too pressured or worked too hard. In this case, Christian made it all low pressure but still a very hands-on, learn-by-doing experience. And as a bonus, everything we made came out great. I've attached photos of what we created today, and it's all as delicious as it looks.
