Kind, Compassionate, and Highly Recommended
Tom and Haley were absolutely amazing. We recently needed to have our cats vaccinated, which can be a challenging experience at the best of times, but Tom was fantastic with both of them and made the process so much easier.
Tom also took the time to consult with us about our beloved dog, Diesel, who was 14 years old and nearing the end of his life. After discussing Diesel's condition, we agreed that euthanasia was the kindest option that day. Tom showed incredible compassion and kindness throughout the entire process. He gave us all the time we needed to say our goodbyes and helped make an incredibly difficult situation a little easier to bear.
Making the decision to let a beloved pet go is never easy, but Tom carefully explained the process, answered our questions, and reassured us that Diesel would not experience any pain. His empathy, professionalism, and genuine care meant so much to our family during such a heartbreaking time.
We are so grateful to both Tom and Haley for their support and kindness, and I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for exceptional veterinary care.
