I would not use REDX. They give out numbers that don't work or are outdated. Many address don't have phone numbers. And the email subscription is just not worth it. Not many property owners have their email address on their list. They also lost a large number of notes I had on clients and were unable to retrieve most of them. They make you pay by credit card and by doing that you are charged again when your subscription runs out. I called to challenge this and they pretty much said "too paid" you are paying up. Look around there are better companies out there.
