Definitely Do Not Recommend
$379 (Charged in advance) for a service man to come out and look at my gas heater, tell me it needs a repair kit - which will need to be ordered and that it had been so long since installed one he couldn't remember how to do it.
He also couldn't tell me how much the repair kit will cost or whether I will have to paid another call out fee to have it installed. Assured me that "the office" would contact me. Still waiting. Their website proudly proclaims they "believe customer satisfaction". Still waiting or that too.
