Misleading Prices and Booking Problems
I have serious concerns about Kiwi.com's pricing and booking practices.
First, after selecting flights and proceeding to payment, Kiwi.com may claim that the price has increased while you were making the booking. However, when you check the same flight directly on the airline's official website, the price remains unchanged.
Second, when an airline offers a promo code, Kiwi.com's price may increase by a similar amount, effectively removing the expected discount.
Third, I have also experienced suspicious pricing and booking issues. A flight may suddenly appear at an unusually low price in the search results. After purchasing the ticket, you may receive a notification that the airline has rejected the booking. When you contact customer support to ask what happened, they explain it as a technical issue.
These experiences raise serious concerns about price transparency, the reliability of the search results, and the booking process. Customers should not have to deal with unexpected price increases or find out after payment that their booking has been rejected.
My advice: always check the final price directly with the airline before paying through Kiwi.com, and be cautious of unusually cheap offers.
