Phone call experience I called to get a quote about a repair on my wife’s car that she was supposed to drive on a road trip on the weekend. The guy I was on the phone with said that he would write up the quote and that it would take a few minutes and he’d call me back. That was before 9Am and I didn’t hear anything back by 4pm so I called back again to see if I could get the quote and a different guy answered and said he would go ask to see who I talked to and I was left on hold for 10 minutes straight. So I hung up and moved on. I am not usually the type to leave a review but I have so much going on and am so busy I really was just needing some help with this car and it seems like I was never getting that quote. I can’t say anything bad about their work since obviously I didn’t take it there but it would have been nice to get a call back like I was told I would and to not be put on hold for 10 minutes when I can’t imagine it would take that long to go ask the guys who work the front desk who helped me previously.
