Consumer Warning
First time and last time flying Breeze. Our flight was delayed from its point of origin prior to arrival in NC due to weather-completely understandable. However, when the plane pulled up to the gate, the staff made an announcement that the flight crew had hit their 9 hours maximum operating threshold. They did so on a very jovial manner. Not appreciated. We were told a crew was flying in from Orlando for our flight-estimated arrival in 2 hours. Forty-five minutes later we were told the plane was damaged and flight cancelled. This seemed very questionable. Although we will receive a refund, there was minimal assistance from Breeze to get other flights and no.offer for them to cover down on other carriers' ticket costs.
