Beware!
Beware! When booking through Agoda, the cancellation policy was in a dropdown menu that only showed the hotel name, with no indication that each option referred to a different room type with different cancellation rules. This design made it impossible to see that one of the rooms was non-refundable. After cancelling, I lost my payment even though the interface suggested ‘Request Free Cancellation’. I have screenshots showing how unclear this was. Agoda did not take responsibility for errors in their system and shifted the blame instead. I would recommend staying away from their platform and booking directly elsewhere.
